Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) di seluruh Negara.
Mengisi Formulir Pendaftaran (Rangkap 2).
* Khusus Paket A sudah dapat membaca, menulis & berhitung
UJIAN BULAN Agustu 2014
Menyerahkan pas foto ukuran:
2 x 3 = 5 lembar berwarna layer belakang biru)
3 x 4 = 5 lembar berwarna layer belakang biru )
3 x 4 = 5 lembar hitam putih (baju putih + dasi)
* Fotocopy Ijazah SD/SMP
* Foto Copy 5 lembar (jika ada yang telah dilegalisir sekolah).
* Foto Copy Akta kelahiran ( khusus paket A )
